Service Technician I
In this role, you will maintain community buildings, hallways, and breezeways; sustain cleanliness of community amenities and freshen apartments as needed, among other duties.
Service Technician II
You will be completing work orders around our communities. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on proficient apartment turnover operations. Included in other duties are areas of more advanced skill such as some plumbing and carpentry tasks.
Service Technician III
As an experienced, HVAC-certified technician, you will take the lead on installing climate control appliances in residents' homes. Among other duties, you will focus on more advanced trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
Special Projects Jobs
Do you like to be on the move? Do you have a variety of technical skills? Working on our Special Projects teams, you will move from community to community to complete complex work orders and larger repairs. Technical skills and a can-do attitude are a must! Check our job listings for more.
