Service Technician I
In this role, you will maintain community buildings, hallways, and breezeways; sustain cleanliness of community amenities and freshen apartments as needed.
Service Technician II
You will be completing work orders around our communities. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on proficient work and friendliness to residents.
Service Technician III
As an experienced, HVAC-certified technician, you will take the lead on installing climate control appliances in residents' homes.
Special Projects Jobs
Do you like to be on the move? Do you have a variety of technical skills? Working on our Special Projects teams, you will move from community to community to complete complex work orders and larger repairs. Technical skills and a can-do attitude are a must! Check our job listings for more.
